Common Issues

If your phone is not performing to your expectations, please try these simple steps first. If these steps do not solve your problem, please call our Customer Hotline. See back cover page for contact information.

Symptom		Suggestion

The charge light won’t	•	Make sure the AC adapter is plugged into the charger and wall outlet.

	•	Change the Digital Security Code (see page 75).
The handset doesn’t ring or	•	Make sure that you are not too far from the base.
