Handset Conferencing

If you have more than one handset, up to four people can participate in a conference call.

3-Way Conferencing

•Outside line + Handset + Base (or Handset)

4-Way Conferencing

•Outside line + Handset + Handset + Base

Joining a Conference Call

You can easily join a call already in progress.

From the base

Press speaker or pick up the corded handset to join the conference call.

To hang up, press speaker or return the corded handset to the base. The handset(s) will still be connected to the call.

From a second handset

Press talk/flash or speaker to join the call.

To hang up, press end or return the handset to the cradle. The other station(s) will still be connected to the call.
