Install/Replace Speaker Batteries

Getting Started

1 . Open speaker battery compartment cover located on the back of the speaker.

2.Insert 2 “AA” batteries (each speaker), checking that the polarity ( + and – ends of the batteries) matches the drawing inside the battery compartment. We recommend the use of alkaline batteries for longer life. Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed. Close the compartment cover.

Batteries information:

• Do not mix old and new batteries.		Battery install for right speaker
•	Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon -zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium)

•	batteries.
	Make sure you dispose of batteries properly (see your local regulations).

Maintenance

Place the unit on a level surface away from sources of direct sunlight or excessive heat.

Protect your furniture when placing your unit on a natural wood and lacquered finish. A cloth or other protective material should be placed between it and the furniture. Clean your unit with a soft cloth moistened only with mild soap and water. Stronger cleaning agents, such as Benzine, thinner or similar materials can damage the surface of the unit.
