Headphone socket

A3.5mm Headphone Socket located on the back of your radio is provided for use with eitherheadphonesor anearpiece.Inserting a plugautomatically mutes the internal loudspeaker.

IMPORTANT:Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss.

Auxiliary input socket

1.Connect a stereo or mono audio source (e.g. CD player, iPod, MP3 player) to the Auxiliary input socket.

2.Press the Mode button to select the auxiliary input. "Line in" will show on the display.

3.Adjust the Volume control for comfortable listening.

4.When you wish to listen to DAB radio again, press the Mode button to reselect DAB mode.
