Once an alarm has been set the radio alarm or buzzer alarm icon

will appear in the display. The alarm will sound at the selected times and will sound for 60 minutes unless cancelled. While the alarm is sounding the alarm icon will fl ash in the display.

Cancelling alarms

1.Whilst an alarm is sounding it can be cancelled by pressing the On/Standby button or the Tuning/Select control. Unless the alarm was set to sound once only, it will then sound again at the next scheduled time.

Snooze function

1. The radio or buzzer alarm can be silenced for 7 minutes by pressing any of the preset buttons 1-6, or any button except the On/Stanby button. This sequence can be repeated during the 60 minute alarm period.

2. While the alarm is temporarily suspended the Snooze symbol will appear in the display.

3.In order to cancel the Snooze function, press the On/Standby button once.
