In Rhapsody mode, connect to your computer and drag and drop files from your computer to Removable Disk/Music directory or a second Removable Disk (microSD). In MTP mode, drag and drop files from your computer to the Sansa e200R Rhapsody /Media/Music folder after selecting “NO ACTION” on initial connection to the computer.
In either mode, you can also select from a variety of music software programs to transfer/synchronize your files.

Answer: You may not have purchased the rights to play the song on an additional device. To test this, try to play a song that you have copied from an older CD and converted to MP3 format. If you can play that song, but not the song that will not play, then you need to purchase the rights to play the song.
Question: Some of my songs are grayed out and cannot be played. What is wrong?
Answer: Check your Rhapsody account status. These songs need to have their licenses renewed. Connect to Rhapsody while signed in to a Rhapsody To Go account to renew them. If you do not have a Rhapsody To Go account, these songs will not play. Your
