Using Access Point Mode

1Confirm that LED lights up in green.

LED lighting in blue indicates that connection to network has been completed.

Note

If Ethernet cable is being connected to the DS-A5, pull the Ethernet cable out after turning the power of DS-A5 off, and turn the power on again and make the settings.

2Press the ENTER button on the remote controller for five seconds.

The DS-A5 goes into Access Point mode and wireless connection from your personal computer enables thanks to the DS-A5’s SSID. LED blinks in green.

3Access the WEB settings menu (page 22) from your personal computer and make wireless settings.

LED lights up in blue once the connection completes.

Tip

You can also display the WEB settings menu by entering the DS-A5’s IP address “192.168.1.1” in the browser’s Internet address (URL) field through Internet browser such as Internet Explore®.
