Playing Media

If the digital entertainer cannot play media or music, try the following:

•Check to see if the file is protected. Windows Media Connect is required for Windows XP users to play protected files. See the Microsoft documentation for these products.

•Verify that the file is not corrupt by double-clicking it in the Media Files tab on the Media Server.
