DTE Formats That Support Recordings Longer than 2GB DTE formats that support recordings than 2GB in size are:

M2T (HDV)

QuickTime (DV and HDV)

MXF (DV and HDV).

Files larger than 2GB require UDF file system.

DV24p and PAL 25p Modes

24p modes are only for use with camcorder's that are capable of DV-24p Advanced mode.

24p is comparable to DV QuickTime and AVI Type 2.

PAL 25p camcorders require no special 25p DV format
