Charging the Battery

The high performance lithium-ion battery supplied with your player needs to be fully charged before you use it. Your player’s built-in battery charger will fully charge the battery (in approximately 4 hours) to obtain the maximum playback time. To charge your player’s battery:

1.Connect your player to the wall outlet (Figure 2-4). Your player will turn itself on.

2.Check the battery icon to see when the battery is fully charged.
