Recover your player

Occasionally, your player might need to reformat its hard disk to recover from a damaged or missing Media Library or other firmware problem.

The following screens on your player will guide you through the recovery process.

Screen 1

The appearance of this graphic on the screen of your player indicates that there is a problem with the firmware. To fix this problem , connect your player to your PC.

Screen 2

Make sure your player is successfully connected to the computer.

IMPORTANT All your contents will be erased from your player after completion of repair process. Therefore, please backup your files before repairing. After repair, simply synchronize your player again to transfer music to your player.
