Clock/Timer

AUX IN

When the set ON time is reached, the set

jumps to the selected waveband and preset station if the set is on.

Activating or deactivating timer

Press TIMER/SET TIMER repeatedly to activate or deactivate the timer.

Helpful hints:

The function of switching timer on or off is available in both standby mode and active mode.

Setting sleep timer

You can set a certain period of time after which the set switches to standby mode automatically.

1Press SLEEP repeatedly to select the desire period of time (in mSLEEP). Selection is as follows:

SL:90->SL:60->SL:45->SL:30->SL:15- >SL:00.

2When you select SL:00, the sleep timer is turned off.

Helpful hints:

When the sleep function is active, press SLEEP to display the remaining time.

Press SLEEP again will change sleep time to the next lower increment (for example, if the remaining time is 59 minutes, sleep time changes to 45 min, 30 min, 15 min).

You can listen to the sound of the connect- ed external device through your AE2480.

1Press SOURCE once or more to select
