The SD/MS/MS-PRO/MMC card cannot be read if a memory card is a multi-function device such as an Mp3 player.

Install the car-reader as the following picture shows:

This product has been tested with most brand name flash media cards. Using poor quality flash cards may affect the readability of the unit.
