Symptoms
The disc does not play
No display

Possible causes 
Load the disc incorrectly.
Disc is dirty or scratched.
Wrong region disc.
AV cable is disconnected. Wrong setting or connection for the player or TV.

Remedies
Load the disc with the label side up, and firmly pressed into center. Make sure the disc is free from scratches or fingerprints.
