12. Troubleshooting

Whenever there is a problem with your DVD Player,

please check the following table before sending the DVD

Player for service.

If you are unable to solve the problems using this

table, contact your dealer for service.

Problems

No power

Troubleshooting

Check power cord and power source Replace the disc properly

Turn the power ON

Insert a disc

Put the disc in the correct position Clean the disc

Replace the disc

Turn the power ON and wait 1-2 hours before trying again

Replace the disc

Push Play to resume normal playback Check the audio cable

Adjust the TV volume

Check audio output settings

Check video cable

Check video component input setup Check IN/OUT switch position Install new battery

Replace new battery

Aim remote control at the sensor of the DVD Player

Check level password or reset the parental level

Select other language with sound/subtitle keys

Check the OSD language setting in the system setup Check disc contents

Move the hold switch to the unlocked position
