1Slide the OPEN button to release the latch, and open the player.

2Remove the cardboard insert.

3Insert an audio CD or MP3/WMA CD into the player, label side up.

4Close the CD cover.

Note: The RioVolt can play CDs with the following logos:

1Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to turn on the player and begin playback.

Note: There will be a short delay while the player loads your music tracks and track information.

2Press the STOP button to stop playback. Press and hold STOP to turn off the player.

Note: If the RioVolt does not power on

when you press PLAY/PAUSE , check the LOCK/UNLOCK switch on the RioVolt and on the remote control to make sure they are both in the UNLOCK position.
