OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

SETTING THE CLOCK

When the unit is first connected to the AC outlet the display will show “12:00” and will begin counting forward from that point. If no back up battery is installed the display will revert to this “12:00” default setting every time the AC plug is removed from the outlet, or whenever the power is interrupted.

To set the display to the correct time:

1.Depress and hold the CLOCK button. The time display begins to flash.

2.While holding the CLOCK button, depress the SKIP + / HOUR button to adjust the display to the correct hour. Release the button when the correct hour appears. NOTE: Be sure to set the clock to the correct AM or PM hour by observing the AM indicator in the upper left corner of the display. If the AM indicator is ‘On’ the time displayed is AM. If the AM indicator is ‘Off’, the time displayed is PM.

3.Depress the CLOCK and SKIP – / MINUTE buttons to adjust the display to the correct minute, and then release the buttons. The display stops flashing and the clock begins to run.
