Use the battery charger and adapter (included) to charge the battery unit in order

to use the DVD player without the power cord.

1.

Insert the AC adapter into the jack on the battery charger (a).

2.

Plug the adapter into an AC outlet (b)

 

 

3.

Connect the charger to the battery unit (c).

 

4.

The indicator light on the charger will come on while the charger is working.

 

 

When the battery is charged, the light will go off.

 

5.

Unplug the adapter and the charger.

Using the Battery

1.Make sure the battery unit is disconnected from the charger and the DVD player’s lid is closed.

2.Mount the battery to the rear of the player using the tabs on the back:

a.Line up the mounting tabs on the battery with the rear of the player.

b.Insert the tabs on the battery inot the corresponding slots on the rear of the player.

c.Once the tabs are inserted, slide the battery toward the battery plug until it clicks into place (you will hear a click).

d.Connect the battery cable to the DC IN jack on the player (d).
