Advanced Features

Formatting the Player

1.Connect the player to the computer.

2.Right-click on the player icon in My Computer and select Format.

3.Click on Start in the format window, and then click on OK to start formatting the mp3 flash memory.

Warning: Formatting will erase all files on your player. Make sure you have a backup before you proceed.

Make sure “NTFS” under File System drop-down menu is not selected! If you select this option the “RCA player” will display an error message before powering off and you will have to format it again. Check out the Troubleshooting section for more details.
