MAINTENANCE

PROLONGING THE LIFE OF YOUR BATTERY

The Freeway Freedom’s battery is fully sealed and requires no maintenance. It should last for approximately 2000 treatments with normal use, but may last even longer if you follow these rules:

1.Fully discharge the battery at least once a month and fully charge again. This is accomplished by running the Freeway Freedom from the battery until it stops working (approximately 10 to 12 minutes

after the YELLOW LOW POWER light [ ] illuminates). After the unit is completely discharged, use the AC/DC power pack to fully charge the battery pack (approximately 16 hours).

2.Keep the battery connected to the Freeway Freedom and fully charged at all times. If you own more than one (1) battery pack ensure that it is stored fully charged. It will slowly discharge and after two (2) - three (3) months will be completely discharged.
