MORE THAN JUST PRACTICAL.

Cross cut and mitre saws are designed for cutting lengths of material to length at 90° angles or with either a mitre angle or bevel angle or both. These are used for making internal / external frames, cutting dado rails, skirting or coving etc. Some models can also be used for trenching,

particularly useful for when making quick simple joints, for example, housing joints or lap joints. With the right blade and machine type crosscut and mitre saws are capable of cutting wood, plastics, coated wood, alu- minium extrusion and other soft metals.

BW 750, BW 600 specifications

The Metabo BW 600 and BW 750 are two of the most popular electric vibratory plates in the construction and landscaping industry, known for their robust build quality and high efficiency in compacting soil, gravel, and asphalt. These machines are designed to provide exceptional performance and durability, making them indispensable tools for professionals.

The Metabo BW 600 boasts a powerful engine that delivers a centrifugal force of 60 kN, making it ideal for medium to heavy-duty compaction tasks. With a plate width of 600 mm, it provides excellent coverage and efficiency when working in tight spaces. One of its notable features is the high compaction depth, which allows for effective work on various types of soils while ensuring a stable base. The BW 600 operates at a frequency of 80 Hz, contributing to its efficiency in compaction and reducing the operator's workload.

On the other hand, the Metabo BW 750 is designed for larger compaction projects with an impressive centrifugal force of 75 kN. It features a wider plate width of 750 mm, providing greater coverage while also enhancing stability and control during operation. The BW 750 operates at the same frequency of 80 Hz, allowing it to compact material quickly and uniformly, ensuring a solid foundation for any project.

Both models utilize advanced technologies to improve user experience. The low-vibration handles significantly reduce the impact on the operator, allowing for extended periods of use without discomfort. This ergonomic design enhances control and precision, crucial for detailed work in construction sites. The machines are equipped with a reliable water system to prevent asphalt and other materials from sticking to the plate, ensuring a clean and efficient operation.

The Metabo BW series also emphasizes durability with high-quality materials and protective coatings, ensuring longevity even in harsh working conditions. The heavy-duty construction not only withstands rigorous use but also minimizes maintenance needs, making them cost-effective solutions over time.

In summary, the Metabo BW 600 and BW 750 are powerful, efficient, and ergonomically designed vibratory plates suited for a variety of compaction tasks. Their unique features, coupled with advanced technologies, make them reliable assets for professionals seeking to achieve high-quality results in their work. Whether working on smaller projects or larger job sites, these machines deliver performance and efficiency that exceed expectations.
