Blade Replacement
5.Be sure that the arrows on the blade point in a clockwise direction, matching the arrow on the blade guard.
6.Securely fasten arbor retaining bolt.
Motor Brushes
1.DISCONNECT THE SAW FROM POWER!
2.To replace worn motor brushes, remove the brush caps, located on either side of the motor housing, with a screw- driver (Figure 8).

2.Remove the arbor retaining bolt (reverse thread) and washers (Figure 7).

3.Thoroughly remove any dust accumu- lated on the spindle and washers.
4.Install the new blade with the concave portion of the washer contacting the blade.

3.Install replacement brushes and fasten brush caps (Figure 9).
