Lubrication

No lubrication is required for the Model G8692. All of the bearings in this machine have been lubricated with a sufficient amount of high grade lubricant. This lubricant will last for the life of the machine under normal operating conditions.

Motor Brushes

The Model G8692 comes with 2 extra motor brushes to help prolong the life of the universal motor.

To change the motor brushes:

1.Use a flat-head screw driver to remove the motor brush covers as shown in Figure 15.

2.Remove the motor brushes.

3.Clean or replace the motor brushes and secure the covers.
