Operation

Making a straight cut

1.Draw back the table so there is sufficient space on the table for the tile.

2.Remove the mitre blocks

3.Line up the cut with the blade using the scale on the table.

4.Clamp the work piece in place using the clamps.

Note. Ensure the tile is not touching the blade on start up.

5.Switch ON the unit give it a couple of seconds to reach full speed and then gently push the table forward to the blade until the work piece is cut through.

6.Pull back the table and undo the clamps and remove the cut workpiece.

Note. Do not force the tile into the blade too quickly or with excessive force, allow the blade to do the work.

Making a mitre cut

1.Make sure the unit is switched OFF whilst setting up a mitre cut.

2.Pull back the table so the mitre cut can be lined up with the blade.

3.Secure the mitre blocks to rear face of the sliding table.

4.Screw down the clamps into the surface of the mitre blocks.

5.Clamp down the work piece onto the sliding table.

6.Switch ON the unit and wait for it to reach full speed.

7.Slowly push the table forward until the cut is complete.

8.Pull back the sliding table and switch OFF the unit to remove the work piece.
