OPERATION

Dustless Feature

See Figure 16.

For dustless operation, a vacuum attachment has been provided with the saw. It attaches to the saw base.

WARNING:

The jig saw should never be connected to a power supply when you are assembling parts, making adjustments, cleaning, performing maintenance, or when the tool is not in use. Disconnecting the tool will prevent accidental starting that could cause serious injury.

	To Install:
	■ Unplug the saw.	VACUUM ATTACHMENT
	■ Slide the vacuum attachment into the curved area at the	VACUUM ATTACHMENT
	■ Slide the vacuum attachment into the curved area at the
	rear of the base.
	To Remove:	Fig. 16

■Unplug the saw.

■Remove the vacuum attachment by pulling attach- ment from base.
