INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND CLEANING

1.WARNING! Remove the Battery (4) from the tool and set the Rotation Button (33) to its center, locked position before performing any inspection, maintenance, or cleaning.

2.BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of the Cordless Drill. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts, leaking Battery Pack, damaged Charger wiring, chipped or broken Drill Bits, and any other condi- tion that may affect its safe operation. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.

Do not use damaged equipment.

3.DAILY: With a soft brush or cloth, remove all dirt and debris from the Cordless Drill. Do not immerse the Cordless Drill in any liquids.

4.If the battery needs replacement keep in mind that the Nickel-Cadmium (Ni- Cd) battery in this tool must be recycled or disposed of properly.
