OPERATION AND USE (Cont’d.)

SLIP CLUTCH

If the drilling tool becomes jammed or gets caught, the slip clutch releases.

Remove the load from the machine immediately by pulling back the drilling tool.

Always hold the machine tightly with both hands and assume a secure stance.

Do not apply too much pressure. The performance is not increased in this manner.

SUPPLEMENTARY HANDGRIP

In order to fit the handgrip on the drill, loosen the threaded sleeve on the handgrip, turning it in an anticlockwise direction.

Slide the handgrip onto the drill collar, tilting it to the desired angle; tighten the sleeve until it is securely attached to the machine.

To fit the depth stop, loosen the threaded sleeve on the handgrip, turning in an anticlockwise direction. Insert the depth stop into the adjustable handgrip collar, position for the correct depth, then tighten the sleeve until it is secure.
