EDGE GUIDE

Use the edge guide provided when making long or wide rip cuts with the saw.

TO ASSEMBLE EDGE GUIDE

See Figure 5.

Follow these directions to assemble the edge guide.

nUnplug the saw.

nPlace edge guide through holes in base as shown in the figure.

nAdjust edge guide to the width needed.

nTighten edge guide knob securely.

DUST NOZZLE KIT

See Figure 6.

Dust nozzle kit is provided with the saw. As shown in the figure, the adapter fits over the dust chute which is located on the upper blade guard.The nozzle attaches to the adapter.

NOTE: If you use the nozzle, you should always connect it to a standard vacuum hose.

TO ATTACH DUST NOZZLE

Follow these directions to attach the dust nozzle.

nUnplug the saw.

nLift lower blade guard.

nOrient adapter to fit into the dust chute opening on upper blade guard.

nSecure adapter with screw provided.

nAlign hole in nozzle with raised lip on adapter and snap into place when using a vacuum hose.
