MAINTENANCE

CAUTION :

ALWAYS be sure that the tool is switched off and unplugged before attempting to per- form inspection and maintenance.

eOiling

Oiling should be performed every three hours (once a day before use). Hold the tool vertically and pull the lubrication knob three to five times. Oil in the tank should be replenished about every 20 days, presuming 3 - 4 hours’ operation daily, or when oil is out of sight through the window after placing the tool ver- tically.

To replenish, remove oil gauge with a wrench.

too quickly, ask Makita Authorized or
