350 LX. Provides the perfect solution for industrial, water-cooled TIG applications. For water-cooled TIG torches rated up to 500 amps*. Construction details include a coolant reservoir and easy-to-fill coolant spout molded of rustproof polyethylene, and an efficient fin-and-tube heat exchanger. A “paddle wheel” indicator makes it easy to confirm that coolant is flowing, and the external filter can be quickly accessed for cleaning. To easily move the system in the shop, add the easy-to-install No. 28 running gear.

The Cool Runner is dedicated to any (old style) Syncrowave® 250 power source using water-cooled torches rated up to
500 amps*. It conveniently mounts under, and draws 120 VAC power from the Syncrowave 250 to provide the perfect solution for industrial, water-cooled TIG applications. Construction details include a coolant reservoir and easy-to-fill coolant spout molded of rustproof polyethylene, and an efficient fin-and-tube heat exchanger. A “paddle wheel” indicator makes it easy to confirm that coolant is flowing, and the external filter can be quickly accessed for cleaning. To easily move the system in the shop, add the easy-to-install No. 22 running gear.

Low-Conductivity Coolant #043 810 Sold in multiples of four in 1-gallon recyclable plastic bottles. Primarily used in TIG (high-frequency) applications, but can also be used in MIG systems where aluminum is not in the water path. Miller coolants contain a base of ethylene glycol and deionized water to protect against freezing to -37°F(-38°C) or boiling to
227°F (108°C). Also contains a compound that resists algae growth.
Aluminum-Protecting Coolant #043 809 Sold in multiples of four in 1-gallon recyclable plastic bottles. Primarily used in MIG products, such as the water-cooled XR, which has an aluminum drive housing, or in any system where high frequency is not used. Miller coolants contain a base of ethylene glycol and deionized water to protect against freezing to -37°F(-38°C) or boiling to 227°F (108°C). Also contains a compound that resists algae growth.
