Caution:

Never insert the filter into the vacuum cleaner unless it is completely dry.

To assure the best results, we recommend cleaning the filters once every one (1) year, depending on usage.

REPLACING THE HEPA FILTER

Under normal usage, the HEPA Filter will require replacement once every one year; however, vacuuming large amounts of extremely fine dust, powder or similar material over a long period of time may decrease airflow performance through the filter. If this occurs, it may become necessary to replace the HEPA Filter more often. Only use genuine Sanyo replacement filters.

1. Open the dust compartment cover.

SC-5006 specifications

The Sanyo SC-5006 is a remarkable cassette deck that gained popularity in the late 1970s and early 1980s, known for its high-fidelity sound reproduction and robust design. This model encapsulates the craftsmanship and innovation of its era, making it a sought-after device for audiophiles and collectors alike.

One of the main features of the Sanyo SC-5006 is its dual-capstan configuration, which allows for improved tape stability and reduced Wow and Flutter. The device supports both type I and type II cassette tapes, accommodating various audio formats and enabling flexibility for users.

The SC-5006 is equipped with Dolby B noise reduction technology, which effectively minimizes background hiss during playback. Additionally, the device offers a wide frequency response that enhances the clarity and depth of the audio, making it suitable for a range of music genres.

One of the standout characteristics of the Sanyo SC-5006 is its user-friendly interface. The front panel is designed with intuitive controls, including large knobs for volume and balance adjustments, as well as buttons for play, rewind, fast-forward, and stop functions. This aesthetic choice not only enhances usability but also gives the deck a classic, retro appeal.

Another notable technology integrated into the Sanyo SC-5006 is its precision alignments for both the heads and the tape transport system. This meticulous engineering ensures optimal performance and longevity, allowing users to enjoy high-quality audio for years. The metal front panel adds to the durability of the machine, protecting internal components while contributing to its overall sleek design.

In summary, the Sanyo SC-5006 is a well-engineered cassette deck that combines quality audio performance with practical design features.
