We, Belkin International, Inc., of 12045 Waterfront Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90094, declare under our sole responsibility that the device, , F9K1102 v1, complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

The device shall be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact normal operation is minimized.
