LEDs

The ISA has three LEDs, as shown in Figure 1-4. Table 1-2lists the colors and functions of the ISA LEDs.

Note The Boot LED remains lit when the ISA/ISM is configured for MPPE, and it starts to pulsate after booting when the ISA/ISM is configured for IPSec. The ISA/ISM functions normally whether the Boot LED is pulsating or is solid. See Chapter 4, “Configuring the ISA and ISM” for more information on configuring the ISA/ISM.
