Connecting the Monitor Cable

Note - You may connect only one monitor, either analog VGA or digital CRT / TFT-LCD, to the Fire GL2. The Fire GL2 does not support two monitors connected to one card. If you connect two monitors to the card, the analog monitor is automatically active and the digital monitor is automatically inactive.

VGA Monitor

Securely attach your monitor's data cable to the 15-pin VGA output connector (1) on the card. Attach the cable to the monitor according to the monitor's instructions.

Digital Flat-Panel TFT-LCD Monitor or Digital CRT Monitor

Securely attach your monitor's data cable to the 24-pin DVI output connector (2) on the card. Attach the cable to the monitor according to the monitor's instructions.
