10.Before removing the drive access panel, you must remove the small cover plate that hides the screw used to secure the panel to the chassis. Lift up on the bottom of the cover plate located next to the upper inside corner of the access panel and lift the cover plate off the rear of the computer.

11.Remove the screw beneath the cover plate (1) and slide the drive access panel toward the center of the computer until it stops (approximately 5 mm or 1/5 inch) (2). Use the raised grip areas on the top and bottom inside corners of the access panel to slide the panel toward the center of the computer.
