Access the Online User Guides

User guides, reference manuals, regulatory and safety notices, and other resources that provide information about using your notebook are available through the Help and Support Center.

To access documents in the Help and Support Center:

»Select Start > Help and Support > User Guides.

Troubleshooting Resources

If you experience problems, follow the steps below to troubleshoot your computer:

Refer to the Troubleshooting guide that is available in the Help and Support Center. Select Start > Help and

Support > User Guides.

Access the Help and Support Center for additional information about your notebook and for Web site links. Select Start > Help and Support.

Although many checkup and repair features require an Internet connection, many other tools can help you fix a problem while the notebook is offline.
