1024-MB or 2048-MB PC3200 Registered ECC 400MHz DDR memory, (2 x 1 Interleaved Memory), expandable to 16 GB Five total network adapters:

Four PCI-X Gigabit Server NICs (embedded) with WOL and PXE (two single-port NC7781 and one dual-port NC7782)

Plus one additional 10/100 NIC dedicated to iLO Management

Smart Array 6i (integrated on system board Controller with optional battery-backed write cache) Wide Ultra320 SCSI Drive Cage standard supports up to two 1" Wide Ultra320 hot plug hard drives Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) Advanced Management (ASIC on motherboard)

Plugs vertically into 6U enclosure, 8 BL25p server blades per enclosure

Server blades and interconnects blind mate into server blade enclosures for network connection and power Server blade enclosure is 6U and holds up to 8 HP ProLiant BL25p server blades and 2 interconnects

Types of interconnects available: GbE Interconnect Switches, GbE2 and CGESM Interconnect Switches with optional Fibre Channel pass through, Patch Panels or Patch Panel 2 with Fibre Channel pass through

HP BladeSystem power enclosures with power supplies are not needed if using facility -48VDC ± 10%, in this case purchase facility DC option kit

HP BladeSystem p-Class Power Distribution (only required with the 3U power enclosure):

Distributes power from the power enclosure to the server blade enclosures

BL p-Class mini bus bar

Dual power input kit for mini bus bar (required for support of two power enclosures)
