AIR FOR COMBUSTION AND VENTILATION

WARNING

This heater shall not be installed in a confined space or unusually tight construc- tion unless provisions are provided for adequate combustion and ventilation air. Read the following instructions to insure proper fresh air for this and other fuel- burning appliances in your home.

Today's homes are built more energy efficient than ever. New materials, increased insula- tion, and new construction methods help reduce heat loss in homes. Home owners weather strip and caulk around windows and doors to keep the cold air out and the warm air in. During heating months, home owners want their homes as airtight as possible.

While it is good to make your home energy efficient, your home needs to breathe. Fresh air must enter your home. All fuel-burning appliances need fresh air for proper combustion and ventilation.

Exhaust fans, fireboxes, clothes dryers, and fuel-burning appliances draw air from the house to operate. You must provide adequate fresh air for these appliances. This will insure proper

venting of vented fuel-burning appliances.

2020L specifications

The United States Stove Company has a long-standing history of providing quality heating solutions, and the 2020L model continues that tradition. The 2020L is a versatile wood-burning stove, designed to deliver efficient heating while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of any space.

One of the main features of the 2020L is its impressive heating capacity. It can effectively warm spaces of up to 2,000 square feet, making it an ideal choice for larger living areas or homes in colder climates. The stove boasts a high-efficiency rating, which means it maximizes fuel use while minimizing waste. This allows users to enjoy longer burn times and a more consistent heat output.

The 2020L integrates advanced technologies to enhance its performance. A notable feature is the secondary combustion system, which significantly increases efficiency by burning off gases and particulates that would otherwise escape through the flue. This not only contributes to reduced emissions but also improves the overall heat output of the stove. Additionally, the stove employs a durable cast iron construction, ensuring longevity and resilience against the rigors of daily use.

Another characteristic that sets the 2020L apart is its user-friendly design. The large glass door provides an expansive view of the fire, adding a cozy ambiance to any room. The air wash system keeps the glass clean for unobstructed views, enhancing the visual appeal while reducing maintenance needs. The adjustable dampers offer precise control over airflow, allowing users to customize the burn rate and heat level according to their preferences.

Moreover, the 2020L is designed with safety in mind. It features a built-in heat shield that helps to protect surrounding walls from excessive heat, allowing for more flexible installation options. The stove also meets stringent EPA guidelines, ensuring it's an environmentally responsible choice for homeowners seeking to reduce their carbon footprint.

In summary, the United States Stove 2020L wood-burning stove is a powerful, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing option for heating large spaces. Its combination of advanced technologies, ease of use, and safety features positions it as a reliable choice for anyone looking to invest in a quality heating solution.
