10.6.4To connect with your friends

Select a contact, you can communicate with your friend and set privacy options.

•Show on map Locate the friend's position on the map.

•Chat using Google Send instant message to the friend.

• Send email	Send email to the friend.
• Directions	Get directions to this friend's location.
• Share best	Set to share best available location to this friend.

• Remove	Remove this friend from your list and stop sharing
	information with him or her.

10.6.5To control what you share

You can control the information you want to share with your friends.

Press Menu key from maps screen, touch More\Latitude, touch your own name and then touch Edit privacy settings.

The following options are available to choose from:

• Detect your	Enable Latitude to detect your location automatically

• Set your location	Select a location on the map manually.
• Do not update	Hide your location from all friends.
