AM30 Air Module and Filters

Having a clean filter is the most important step in keeping your new heating and air conditioning system working to its full potential. Dirt, dust and pet hair clog the filter as air cycles through the system. Dirty filters make the equipment work harder which causes the unit to use more energy than normal. A system with dirty filters will not provide you with the comfort you expect. Cleaning or replacing the filter is much less expensive than higher

energy bills or damaged equipment.

Pull filter door to remove filter

Make sure that all the power is OFF to the unit before attempting to change filter. Have the dealer show you where your unit's filter is located. The filter may be found either inside or outside the AM30 air module or in the wall at the return air grille. If the filter is in the air module, it may be inside the unit behind an access panel or located on the side of the unit in an external filter rack. If replacement is necessary, always replace it with the same type of filter. If you don't know what filter you need, call your Lennox dealer with the model number of the unit. The dealer will be able to tell you what type and size filter you need.

Remove lower

access panel.

Press side clips and pull filter up and out.

The filter shipped with the AM30 unit is reusable and can be

cleaned with a mild soap and water. The filter should be completely dried before being returned to the unit . When replacing, look for the airflow direction arrow marked on the filter. Disposable filters (used at the return air grille) cannot be cleaned but should be replaced every month. During times of heavy usage, it is beneficial to vacuum the filter in between changes or cleanings.

Your system may include an electronic air cleaner which rids your home of even the smallest particles of dirt, dust and pollen. Ask your Lennox dealer to instruct you on its maintenance.

Lennox CompleteHeatTM COMBINATION HEATING SYSTEM specifications

Lennox International Inc., a leader in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry, has consistently pushed the boundaries of innovative technology to enhance indoor comfort and energy efficiency. Among its standout products is the Lennox CompleteHeat™ combination heating system. Designed for residential applications, this system showcases advanced engineering and a range of features that provide homeowners with reliable and efficient heating solutions.

The Lennox CompleteHeat™ system is particularly notable for its dual functionality as both a heating and cooling unit. This versatility enables homeowners to use a single system for year-round climate control, eliminating the need for separate heating and cooling units. This not only saves on installation costs but also reduces the overall footprint within the home, allowing for more flexible use of space.

One of the key features of the CompleteHeat™ system is its use of advanced heat pump technology. This system operates efficiently by transferring heat rather than generating it. In moderate climates, it can extract warmth from the outside air and compress it to provide heating inside the home. During warmer months, the system can reverse this process to deliver cool air, contributing to an overall reduction in energy consumption.

The CompleteHeat™ system is equipped with variable-speed technology, which ensures optimal performance while minimizing energy use. This feature allows the system to adjust its output based on the heating demand, providing a consistent and comfortable indoor environment without the energy spikes associated with traditional fixed-speed systems. Additionally, the variable-speed blower improves air circulation, helping to maintain balanced temperatures throughout the home.

Another significant characteristic of the Lennox CompleteHeat™ system is its compatibility with smart home technology. Homeowners can easily integrate the system with smart thermostats and home automation systems, allowing for remote control and programming options. This connectivity not only enhances comfort but also promotes energy efficiency by enabling users to monitor and adjust settings according to their lifestyles.

Durability is also a hallmark of the CompleteHeat™ system. Designed with high-quality materials and components, it is built to withstand harsh weather conditions, ensuring long-lasting performance. Lennox offers an extensive warranty on the unit, providing peace of mind for homeowners.

In summary, the Lennox CompleteHeat™ combination heating system is an innovative solution that seamlessly integrates heating and cooling capabilities into one efficient unit. With its cutting-edge technology, variable-speed operation, smart home compatibility, and robust design, it represents the future of residential climate control. Homeowners looking to optimize their energy efficiency while maintaining comfort will find the CompleteHeat™ system to be an exceptional choice.
