Use FM radio options

You can change options for listening to the FM radio.

From the FM radio screen, press .

Use one or more of the following options.

Option

Go to Manual

Switch to Manual mode.

Switch to Preset mode.

Preset mode is not available when no presets exist.

 

 

 

 

Auto scan

Search for and save available radio stations

 

automatically (up to 100).

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add to Preset

Add the current station to the preset station list.

Delete from

Delete a station from the preset station list.

Re-tune frequencies according to your region.

If you change the region, the previously saved stations will be deleted.

Search for a radio station in Manual mode

Search for the radio station you want and listen to it.

In Preset mode, press

.

Select <Go to Manual Mode>.

Press bto scan the radio stations.

■■Press l/rto scroll through radio frequencies. Press and hold l/rto scan the available stations automatically.

Save radio stations automatically

From the FM radio screen, press

.

Select <Auto scan>.

Select <Yes> from the pop-up window.

■■Automatic tuning begins. The player saves the radio stations it locates in your favourites.

Save the current radio station

You can save your favourite radio stations to access them easily.

In Manual mode, select a station you want. Press

and

select <Add to Preset>.
