Viewing photos or videos on the DLNA devices

The Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) is an international technology standard for sharing media files between networked devices in your home. With this technology, you can view your photos or videos on a widescreen TV or another device. You cannot send or receive voice memos.

Viewing photos or videos on a TV screen

View your photos or videos on a TV that supports the DLNA- authorized Digital Media Player (DMP).

1 In Shooting or Playback mode, select N “ .

t The camera automatically connects to the WLAN via the last connected AP device.

t If the camera has not connected to the WLAN, it automatically searches for the available AP devices. (p. 95)

2 Select Selected Files.

t To share all files, select All Files and skip to step 4.

3 Select photos or videos to share.

You can share up to 1000 photos or videos.

4 On the TV, search for the camera and browse the shared photos or videos.

t Your camera’s name is what you entered in the user setting. (p. 98)

t For information about searching for the camera and browsing the photos or videos on the TV, refer to the TV user manual.
