Starting the recording mode

How to use the Scene modes ( )

Use the menu to easily con¿gure optimal settings for a variety of shooting situations.

The scene modes are listed below.

[Frame Guide] ( ) : Use this mode when you want someone else to take a picture for you from the angle you choose.

1.Select the Scene mode by using the Mode dial. (p.21)

2.Press the Left/Right button to select the desired mode.

3.Point the camera towards the subject and compose the image by using the LCD monitor.

4.Press the shutter button to capture an image.

This mode is appropriate for shooting with pre-composed scenes.
