Introduction

The COACH Firmware package you receive from Zoran Microelectronics Limited (“Zoran”) may contains Public Third Party Software that must be licensed under the specific license terms applicable to such Public Third Party Software, as provided for in the applicable sections below. Public Third Party Software refers to third party software which may be provided to you by Zoran with Zoran’s own proprietary COACH Firmware, which are publicly available in the readme files of the software and/or on the World Wide Web at the site where the third party software is available for download. Typically, such publicly available licensed software is provided by vendors free of charge and is freely distributable. This type of software is also known as “Open Source”.

Where the specific license terms entitle you to the source code, you may obtain a complete corresponding machine-readable copy of the source code of applicable software by sending your request to mobilesupport@zoran.com. The subject line should read Source Code Request. You will then receive an email with a link for you to download the applicable source code. This offer is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of the distribution of the COACH Firmware by Zoran. The COACH Firmware package you receive is based on what you licensed and may or may not include all the Public Third Party Software listed herein. This product includes software developed by the University of California, Berkeley and its contributors. All trademarks are held by their respective owners.
