How to use the Portrait mode ( )

Please select this mode for quick and easy portraits.

Select Portrait mode using mode dial.

How to use the Scene modes (

)

Use the menu to easily configure optimal set- tings for a variety of shooting situations.

1.Select the Scene mode by rotating the Mode dial. (p.40)

2.Point the camera towards the subject and

compose the image by using the LCD monitor.

3.Press the shutter button to capture an image.

The scene modes are listed below.
