Synchronise your contacts

To synchronise your contacts by using the current sync profile,

1.In Standby mode, press [] Contacts.

2.Scroll to a contact and press <Options> Synchronisation Start.

3.Scroll to a sync profile or device and press the Confirm key.

To change sync profiles or settings, see "Synchronise your device" X p. 57

Calendar

Use the calendar to keep track of appointments, birthdays, or other events.

Create a calendar event

1.In Standby mode, press [] Organiser Calendar.

2.Scroll to a date and press <Options> New entry an event type:

Meeting: a reminder at a specific date and time

Memo: general text

Anniversary: an annual reminder of a special date

To-do: a note about a particular task

3.Complete the fields and adjust the settings for your event.

4.When you are finished, press <Done> to save your entry.

In the Synchronisation field, you can specify whether an event is Private (seen only by you), Public (seen by anyone with access to your data after you sync), or None (not synchronised).

Change the calendar view

1.In Standby mode, press [] Organiser Calendar.

2.Press <Options> a view type.

Stop an event alarm

If you set an alarm for a calendar event, the alarm will sound for one minute at the specified time. To stop the alarm, press <Stop>.
