Materials: Chassis parts are die-formed code gauge steel. Housing has all edges turned for safe-handling.

Finish: Chassis exterior – baked white post painted acrylic enamel. Cavity – baked white post painted acrylic enamel. Louver – baked white post painted acrylic enamel, minimum 86% reflectance. Phosphate undercoating.
