When inserting a unused DVD-RW disc, you can select a recording format (VR mode or Video mode) according to your needs (Please refer to page 57).

•VR : Automatically formats the disc in VR mode

3.	Insert a disc.

	If the disc is a new DVD-RW, it is initialised to V mode automatically.
4.	Press the REC () button.	> Move	sOk	rReturn	eExit

5. EZ Record function will automatically fi nalise the disc under the following	(Using setup menu)
conditions.
• When you press the OPEN/CLOSE button on your DVD
Recorder & VCR after recording on at least 30% of the disc.	Press [On] to confirm EZ REC mode.
The tray will open after the disc has been fi nalised.
	Otherwise, press [Off]

•The above feature is available only when a DVD-RW(V)/
