Measuring Lap Time

Checking the Database

Press the Sports Function Select

button.

Select DATABASE in SPORTS FUNCTION.

3 To see the consumed calories measured, select VIEW CALORIES. To see the heart rate, select VIEW HEART RATE.

Shows the most recently measured data.

You can measure the user’s interval time when exercising, such as when jogging or running a marathon.

1 Press the Sports Function Select button twice.

Shows the STOP WATCH.

2 Press the ENC/NAVI. button.

Time measurement starts.

1 Press the Sports Function Select button twice.

Shows the STOP WATCH.

2 Press the ENC/NAVI. button.

Time measurement starts.

3 Press the ENC/NAVI. button one more time.

The time measurement finishes.

3 Press the button during time measurement.

“LAP” is shown and the lap time is recorded every

time the button is pressed.

A maximum of nine lap times can be recorded.

Press the button to record up to

nine lap times and then press the button to stop.

The nine lap times and ending time are shown.
