Cleaning and maintenance
Before you clean the air purifier, you should stop the operation and unplug the air purifier.
Cleaning the exterior
Wipe the surface of the product with a slightly wet or dry cloth when needed.
• Do not clean the appliance with alkaline detergent.
CAUTION • Do not use acid, acetone or organic solvent
(Kerosene, Thinner, etc.) to clean the surface and do not attach any stickers. They may damage the surface of the appliance.
Cleaning sensor section
Sensor section is composed of the dust sensor and odor sensor. The dust sensor detects the contamination level of fine dust or big dust particle and the odor sensor detects the contamination level of general odors of home such as food and cigarette smells.
The lens of the dust sensor should be cleaned periodically to maintain its performance efficiency.
1 . Open the side sensor cover.
Open the side sensor cover using a mini screwdriver or an object with flat or thin end.
2 . Clean the dust sensor lens with a cotton bud and remove the dust around the odor sensor.
• Do not clean the sensor section with volatile matter such as alcohol

•When removing dust from the dust sensor, do not wipe off the dust sensor net.
•When foreign matter(dust) remains around the dust sensor lens, the contamination level status might not be changed from contamination status. In that case, clean the sensor again.
3 . Close the side sensor.
Put the side sensor cover into the left side groove and push it in the arrow direction.

•Clean the sensor section every three months. However, the cleaning period can vary according to the surrounding environment and hours of usage, so the period should be shorter in a dusty environment.
